We accept e-transfer, cash, and some major credit cards (All credit card and Debit purchases are charged a processing fee of 2.9% of your bill)

Hourly Packages are prepaid only.

All applicable taxes are extra.

Hourly Fee reflects the charge of personal concierge service only.

All extra charges (products, materials, collaborative services, third party, miscellaneous expenses) will be added to the invoice and discussed with the client.

All out-of-office services are charged a minimum of 1 hour and then charged in 15-minute increments.

The “Trial” package is only available for new clients.

Our free consultation is only available for new clients.

Vincan Personal Concierge reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any quoted prices (without written agreements) are good for 30 days.

Any concierge services that are required outside a 30 km radius will be charged a mileage fee in addition to the hourly fee.

Vincan Personal Concierge offers 8 am to 5 pm working hours, any requests outside of normal hours will be upon request, considered and if possible then provided. These services will be billed an additional $20 per hour.

Statutory holidays will be considered an emergency, if service is possible, will be charged at double time.

Services canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a one-hour fee of $45.

Last minute requests (within 12 hours) will be considered and we will strive to provide our service, if not, we will strive to find another service. An additional $20 per hour will be charged to our hourly rate.

Any additional fees will be discussed with and agreed upon by the client.

Vincan Personal Concierge reserves the right to refuse any business that we decide as inappropriate for our company.

Vincan Personal Concierge is covered by commercial general business liability insurance and all employees are bonded.

Vincan Personal Concierge is dedicated to keeping all credit card and personal information confidential.

Vincan Personal Concierge will not sell personal information.

Any personal information will not be shared without the client’s permission.
